Domestic Orders
Shipping and Handling
We process and dispatch orders in the sequence they are received. Orders received before the daily cut-off will be prepared for shipment on the next business day. Orders received after the cut-off or on non-business days will begin processing on the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, a notification with tracking details will be sent so you can follow your shipment’s progress. We work with a variety of trusted carriers to deliver your order. When free shipping is selected at checkout, your package will be shipped via one of our standard carrier options at our discretion. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide can reliably accept deliveries from major carriers. We will accommodate unique shipping situations if contacted prior to placing your order.
Shipping Options
Depending on your selection at checkout, orders may be shipped using standard, expedited, or priority methods. Each option corresponds to a different service level offered by our carrier partners. Please note that expedited services must be selected at the time of purchase; we cannot upgrade services after the order has been submitted.
Sustainable Shipping Practices
In our ongoing effort to reduce environmental impact, some orders may arrive in recycled or reused packaging materials. This helps minimize waste, and we encourage you to reuse packaging if you choose to return or exchange items.
Order Fulfillment
Due to the nature of our product offerings, certain items may sell out quickly. On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable between the time you place your order and when we process it. In such cases, we will notify you and provide options for substitution if available, or a refund. We strive to communicate clearly and promptly in the unlikely event that fulfillment issues arise.
International Orders
At this time, we do not process orders for delivery outside our primary shipping regions.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, full-priced merchandise that still has all original tags and packaging. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within a specified period from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or that otherwise diminish their resale value may not qualify for a full refund. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to decline the return or to offer a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased at a discounted price during promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless expressly noted otherwise on the product page.

In the portal, follow the instructions to submit your return request. To help us process your return efficiently, please provide:
- The name used to place the order
- The order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back. You may choose the carrier of your preference for return shipping, but we recommend using a service that provides tracking and insurance to protect your shipment.

After placing the new order, please return the original product through the return process so that your refund can be issued. This approach ensures that the replacement items are shipped immediately rather than waiting for your original return to be processed before placing a new order.
Additional Information
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed promptly. Please note that the timing for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times. You will be notified when the refund has been issued.
